All new: Water Systems
The spring we will be focusing on underground water systems in NYC. Water is everywhere here- there are streams that we built over, there are pipes bringing us clean drinking water, and there is the massively complex sewer system. I will be researching and writing about all of these. The first issue is due to go out in July, about water that we built over, that is now contributing to flooding issues today. The second, about the Old Croton Aqueduct, will come out in early fall, with a walking tour of a section of the Old Croton Aqueduct Trail. The third issue, about the NYC sewer system, will come out in winter.
